Lambeth Council set up Lettings First to provide a link between social and private housing.  The aims of the Lettings First Agency is to provide a service to customers who wish to rent or let property in the private rented sector.

As well as assisting our customers to rent homes in the private rented sector, Lettings First also offers advice and assistance to both landlords and letting agents.

We are involved in many aspects of the private rented sector including Landlord Accrediation. HMO licencing, Decent Homes Standards the recent Deposit Protection Scheme and much more.
