It's no secret that London has a shortage of affordable housing. At Lettings First we are working to fill the gap in the Lambeth area through an innovative and unique scheme. We are working with Lambeth Council to ultimately eliminate the use of bed and breakfast accommodation for temporarily homeless people. The new approach is endorsed and part funded by the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister.

Our aim is to develop a combined approach to meet housing demand and to maintain and improve the quality of accommodation available for people in need. The results will be satisfied landlords whose income from their property is a maximised and tenants who are safer, warmer, healthier and happier.
