Lettings First is looking for properties in the borough of Lambeth.  For assured shorthold tenancies, the property can be outside Lambeth.  However, property outside Lambeth may have fewer tenants interested in viewing the property.

Most of the property we are offered is within the South of the Borough.  Lettings First would like to hear from landlords who have property they wish to let in the North of the Borough.  The reason Lettings First is looking for property in other areas is that we have families currently waiting for property close to family, friends and support networks.
